Resources for Home Visiting in Native Communities

HomVEE assesses the evidence of effectiveness of models that could be relevant to Native communities, including American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) families and children. View the Tribal home visiting report which summarizes the findings of HomVEE’s review of research on early childhood home visiting models that have been evaluated with Native communities.

This page lists models, reviewed by HomVEE, that have been implemented with Native communities. Use the filter options below to further refine the search to find models that are intentionally designed for implementation in Native communities or that have been evaluated with Native peoples, defined as samples that include at least 30 percent of study participants that identify as Native. A complete list of models is also available via the full model search.
